📆12 Week Tailored Programme
Choose Bodybuilding, Strength & Conditioning, or Hybrid Athlete training, tracked weekly via an app with feedback, stats, and progressive programming.
🏋️Customised Training
Sessions tailored to gym access, equipment, goals, and abilities, incorporating strength, conditioning, mobility, and female athlete programmes planned around your cycle.
🤝Support
Weekly video feedback on lifting form, 1-2-1 lift demonstrations (live or recorded), and adjustments for optimal progress.
🎁Bonus
For clients preparing for events, I will manage their race plans, strategies, tapering, and nutrition to ensure peak performance.
